Hello Kpeasey nation,
I do apologize for being away for a couple of weeks. I had some minor outpatient surgery to replace my Bachelofen pump and spent some time recovering. This is a standard procedure every five to seven years. In essence, the pump allows my muscles to relax and help to get me through the day a little bit easier. Going under the knife is never easy and the words and thoughts are much appreciated. I am slowly healing and getting stronger every day. I cannot wait to get back and start racing again. In my down time, I have been enjoying the outdoors. It has been beautiful in the ATL. I've really been thinking about how lucky I am to be in such a great place in my life.

It was really cool watching KONA as well the other week. Seeing those athletes reminds me again why I love to get out and race and I look forward to many more races to come! Congrats to all our friends who competed at KONA and we look forward to hearing more about it.
This past weekend I did a 5k with John David Johnson and his family. It was nice to just be outside and enjoy this weather. It was just a relaxing event though because this weekend it is my brother Brent's wedding where he will be tying the knot with the beautiful Erica Silverman. Can’t wait to celebrate and welcome a phenomenal lady into our family. She promised me at least one dance….so I just hope she can keep up with me!

Please do be sure to congratulate them and until the next time we appreciate all of you for supporting all that we do!
